James is actively involved in the firm’s robust corporate and commercial practice where he has gained tremendous experience advising clients on various compliance and regulatory requirements.
His focus areas include corporate and commercial, intellectual property, litigation, arbitration, debt recovery and labour and employment. James also has experience liaising with regulatory bodies and has assisted many domestic and international clients in securing the protection of their intellectual property rights in Ghana.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Sociology from the University of Ghana (2015), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from Central University (2020) and a Qualifying Certificate in Law (QCL) from the Ghana School of Law.
