Gertrude is actively involved in major international and local companies seeking to carry out various projects in Ghana. She assists in incorporation of companies, company secretarial works, conducting due diligence, legal and regulatory compliance.
She is involved in finding, quick and effective solution to complex company and commercial issues as well as corporate litigation. She drafts various legal documents such as Joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, deed of assignments, Wills, rental and tenancy agreements. She has developing interest in intellectual property and family law.
