Alberta has experience in Corporate and Commercial, Immigration, Employment and Intellectual Property Law. She assists in the registration of companies in Ghana with the Registrar-General’s Department and the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, as well as in the registration and defence of their intellectual property rights.

She has advised a major international oil and gas company on the setting up of a Joint Venture Company in the upstream petroleum industry and has in the process conducted extensive research into the local content requirements in the Petroleum sector in Ghana.

Alberta also contributes her knowledge to banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and to litigation concerning labour, commercial transactions and debt recovery.
