Abdul-Lateef Shaibu has an extensive grasp of Ghanaian law. He is an enthusiastic member of the team and has been industrious as a team player and invaluable with his studious and in-depth legal research, contributing to the team’s success. His practice areas include corporate and commercial where he has had involvement in the incorporation of companies, corporate/company secretarial practice, drafting, review, and advising on major commercial transactions and agreements, inter alia. He also practices in the areas of intellectual property, construction, labour, real estate, among others. He has so much enthusiasm for dispute resolution (litigation & arbitration) and has a focus in building experience and reputation in the area. He has efficiently and successfully handled and has been involved in a number of different areas of litigation, including corporate/company litigation, commercial litigation, land litigation, constitutional litigation, and labour/employment. He is passionate about imparting knowledge. As a result, he teaches company law as a part-time law teacher.
