Ghanaian government agencies frequently collaborate with private businesses and no one understands these partnerships better than we do. Every Ntrakwah & Co. Partner and Associate holds a diploma in Public Private Partnerships from the University of Reading, in the UK.
In addition to assisting successful public-private partnerships, we have participated in both a review of Ghana’s draft public-private partnerships bill and a World Bank questionnaire on public-private partnerships.
A Legacy of Successful Partnerships
We advise on the public-private partnerships that build Ghana’s infrastructure, offering insight into Ghana’s government channels that is second to none. Among our most significant projects:
- Advising a Japanese multinational company in the rehabilitation of 59.9 km of National Trunk Road, including a major bridge
- Consulting for a local company for a proposed public-private partnership for the development of maintenance dredging and pilot weed harvesting services
- Advising a French company and a local company in a proposed public-private partnership for cement production
- Consulting for the local subsidiary of a foreign company on a proposed public-private partnership for accessing degraded forest reserve lands for Forest Plantation Development
