She advises international and local energy companies on regulatory compliance, contractual negotiations, joint ventures, and dispute resolution. Her extensive knowledge of the oil and gas industry, coupled with her litigation background, positions her as a key player in helping clients navigate the complex regulatory and commercial landscape of the energy sector.
She also serves as Company Secretary for several Companies in Ghana. Her duties as Company Secretary include advising companies on the Companies Act, company registration, organising various meetings of the companies, maintaining and updating the records of the companies held by the Registrar General and tax.
She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and the Corporate Law Institute.
