Overview

Doreen is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team, where she contributes to a broad range of transactional and advisory matters across multiple sectors.

She has been actively involved in negotiating and drafting joint venture agreements for both local and international clients, advising fintech companies on corporate governance frameworks, and preparing contracts relating to construction and infrastructure projects.

In addition, Doreen regularly assists local and foreign clients with company incorporations,  legal and regulatory compliance, and comprehensive due diligence.

Her work reflects a growing depth of experience in supporting businesses at various stages of their operations and helping clients establish and operate efficiently within Ghana’s evolving regulatory environment.
