A
n expert on tax-related issues, Shirley helps advise some of Ghana’s largest private companies and foreign multinationals on tax planning— including gift tax, corporate tax, income tax, business income, double taxation issues, capital gains tax, and Value Added Tax.
Shirley also helps handle the tax implications of expatriates who work in Ghana, especially those who are in the country only periodically. She assists individuals and companies with registration with the Ghana Revenue Authority.

Shirley also contributes her knowledge to banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and to litigation concerning labour, commercial transactions and debt recovery.
